Gary has dealt with a broad spectrum of issues including lease cam audits, development audits, real estate investment portfolio analysis, evaluation of real estate syndications, absorption studies, site selection studies for retail chains, business valuations, and currently active in ad valorem consulting.
Gary’s professional designations as a licensed appraiser, licensed certified public accountant, and licensed real estate agent, allows him to evaluate real estate from a variety of perspectives. He is considered the pre-eminent authority on hospitality valuation issues in the Salt Lake, Provo and Ogden markets.
As an affiliate of DePasquale, Kelley & Company, Mr. Herde provides critical valuation support at the State Board appeal level.
