Prior Experience:
Prior to joining Commercial Property Tax Management, LLC, Jim was employed by Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Boston, Massachusetts. He provided real and personal property tax consulting services while at Deloitte & Touche, LLP and was responsible for managing national client engagements. Jim was also a self-employed real estate appraiser, performing valuation work for various commercial and residential properties. In the late 70’s/early 80’s, Jim was the owner of a real estate building and development company.
