Mr. Medusky’s property tax and appraisal experience spans over 20 years representing client’s interests in Hawaii and Guam. His professional designations include Member, The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), Member, Appraisal Institute (MAI), Certified General Appraiser, State of Hawaii, Certified General Appraiser, Territory of Guam, and Broker, State of Hawaii.

Mr. Medusky possesses an extensive background involving real property valuation issues specifically in the areas of commercial, resort hotel, industrial, multi-family residential and agricultural properties. In addition, Mr. Medusky is qualified as an expert witness on property values in the State Courts of Hawaii.

As an affiliate of DePasquale, Kelley & Company, Mr. Medusky is responsible for the administration, valuation, appeal, and presentation of property tax assessments in Hawaii.
