Pat has over 15 years experience in many facets of property taxation and valuation. As President of Commercial Property Tax Management, LLC, he specializes in property tax abatement work, provides consulting services and property valuations. He has provided these services to commercial and industrial property owners, including properties such as airport hangers, cell towers, shopping centers, warehouses, apartment complexes, office buildings and hotels.

Prior Experience:
Prior to founding Commercial Property Tax Management, LLC, Pat was a Tax Manager at Deloitte & Touche responsible for assets in the Northeast. He oversaw the revaluation of 35,000 parcels in Manchester, New Hampshire while working for Property System Company. In the 80’s, Pat was involved in commercial, industrial and residential brokerage and appraisal.
