Bill has been involved in the real estate business for over 30 years. He has been engaged in real estate appraisal and financial feasibility assignments in the United States, Mexico, Bermuda and the Caribbean. He is a qualified expert witness in all courts involved with condemnation, bankruptcy, ad valorem taxations and other real estate related matters.
He has provided valuation services to commercial and industrial property owners, as well as hotel/motel/resort clients; oil refineries; tank farms; wineries; nursing homes and undeveloped land ranging from conservation and timberland to high density residential and commercial land.

Prior Experience:
Prior to joining Commercial Property Tax Management, LLC, Bill was the City Assessor in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, specializing in assessment administration and litigation support. He was the Vice President of Hospitality Valuation Services in Miami, Florida, providing national and international consulting services. He also founded BAS Consulting, Inc. in Florida, providing hotel, golf and going concern valuation services. He was formerly a Partner of PKF Real Estate Advisory Services and Senior Manager of the Hospitality Division of the accounting firm Pannell Kerr Forster, which is located in Miami, Florida. In addition, Bill was a Senior Real Property Appraiser with Real Property Analysts in Houston, Texas and Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Bill is a designated member (MAI) of the Appraisal Institute. He is also a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers and the New Hampshire Association of Assessing Officials.
