Mr. Osteen’s property tax experience spans 15 years representing clients’ interests in the South. The Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP) recognizes Mr. Osteen as a senior certified member. In addition, he is a licensed property tax consultant with the State of Texas.
Mr. Osteen possesses an extensive background involving real and personal property valuation issues specifically in the areas of manufacturing, R&D, healthcare, and hospitality. In addition, Mr. Osteen has successfully challenged assessments of master-planned communities, regional malls, destination resorts, and high-rise office buildings appearing before numerous local Assessment Appeals Boards, State Boards of Equalization, and Tax Courts in multiple states.
